If you ever have the chance to go, Cold Springs is the cutest little town on the Hudson ever! Most of the houses are historic landmarks that are over 200 years old.

The food there is pretty decent for the prices they charge. All the restaurants charge close to NYC prices, but the town is so cute it didn't matter. One of the antique shops there sold anatomy posters!!! I definitely need to go back there when I have money.Spinach and Artichoke Dip
